Its location right on the bay was good and stunning. The polite and nice staff provided all the necessary info.

The hotel's staff are lovely and great. It offers clean and relaxing rooms with laminate floors and computer, for example.

Stayed in reasonably large and new-fashioned king room on the water. Its location was exceptionally nice on the bay side. What's more, it was adjacent to Oakland airport as well as San Francisco.

The location of this hotel adjacent to downtown Oakland and the ocean and pretty sea side was good and stunning.

We booked a queen room, it was neat and relaxing. Bathtubs in the bathroom was a plus. Hotel's location was amazing and fantastic, next to the lake. The stuff was absolutely friendly and flexible, helped with every request.

All in all everything was nice, had a very good stay for 3 nights. The location was exceptionally nice and excellent - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. And it's not very far from Tijuana Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

The hotel with extremely spacious rooms, in a great area, next to a marina. The rooms with microwave. A huge variety of reasonably priced food for meals. Informative staff and great and amazing location, perfect for me.

Everything was awesome, great staff, cool location really close to downtown, Jack London Square, the highways to San Francisco, East Bay, South Bay, as well as downtown Oakland. Relaxing and wonderful rooms with climate control, TV set, and a work desk. A lot of reasonably priced food for meals.

The beds were big, I slept well. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel was in an amazing and fantastic position just next door to downtown, Jack London Square, the highways to San Francisco, East Bay, South Bay, downtown Oakland and the bay.

Situated on the water, we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset from the property pier. The room was clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. Despite being away from downtown, it was conveniently close and the area felt safe. I would recommend this hotel.

had very good stay for 3 nights with patient staff and excellent location right on the estuary. liked the room on the grounds, my bed was comfortable. it also had climate control, multi-channel television and a work desk.
